Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Very user friendly

The whole thing was so simple to set up. It just took a few clicks of the mouse and a few minutes of my time. No "stupid" questions, just a reasonable check on what was required. The quotation was very good, so it was taken up, and I'm now into my 2nd year with Admiral insuring the contents of my home. Hopefully I'll never have cause to use their claim line, but I feel sure that if I do the process will be as easy as the original one was. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021
