Great service

Out of all my insurance companies they are the only ones that have not put my insurance up. All the other like etc put them. I believe that a loyal customer should not see huge increases and they didn’t so I continued with them again. They also stay in touch with useful and helpful info. An Admiral with the best ratings

I have renewed my home and contents insurance with Admiral because they care for their customers. Giving advice, household tips, savings on household purchases as well as savings 0n the weekly shopping. I hope I will never need to use Admirals professional services, but if needs must I feel that they will be there for me in my times of need. Platinum Cover Platinum Service

After years of loyalty and auto renewal with Direct Line I decided to do an online comparison search. Discovered Admiral Platinum Cover with an annual premium more than 50% less than Direct Line. . Can't believe I had allowed my loyalty to Direct Line facilitate me being ripped off by the auto renewal system. Reviewed on: 12th September 2021

DO NOT USE

Our ceiling came through due to an escape of water. The issue was a loose internal waste pipe. They rejected our claim blaming sealant. We submit a plumbers report and two months later they agree we are covered. They come assess and take away damaged furniture only then to decide we actually aren’t covered and an internal waste pipe that you cannot see is wear and tear and wouldn’t be covered. They have left me for 3 months with a hole in the roof no carpet and damaged goods. Not only this, they never rang me when they were supposed to, the company Sedgwick were rude and unhelpful and I got the genuine impression that their business model is to not pay out at all. They were unable to make a conclusive decision for 3 months whereas if they had been competent I could have resolved the issue myself. I have been told that there’s no point in appealing as they will not go back on this. I think admiral are a disgrace, the most incompetent insurer I have ever had the displeasure of using and cannot believe they have been placed forward for any award. Reviewed on: 11th September 2021
