Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Reliable, quick to sort out problems, efficient and very friendly

Peace of mind

When I suffered storm damage just before lockdown, Admiral were there for me. When my toilet leaked. Twice. Admiral sorted a plummer within 45 minutes. Twice. I will never, ever, hesitate renewing my futures policies with Admiral. As I said, "peace of mind" Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020

Not just another Insurance Comany

I switched my house insurance to Admiral around a yea ago, have been very pleased about feeling valued as a customer, it should be pointed out that thankfully I have not needed then yet for making a claim , it probably is then that you will find out how good your insurance is, but I am confident that when needed they will step up to the plate. Great company committed staff
