Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Buying insurance with Admirial is easy, quick and satisfying.

Shopping around for my house insurance was quite easy, but trying to get our son his first insurance was more testing because he did not live with a partner at the time, just friends. The prices being quoted due to this were outrageous and put my son off having insurance at all. Until I spoke to Admiral and got him put on our insurance as a multi insurance package. poor experience with false allegation

Poor customer service over an hit and run allegation despite providing all required proof vehicle assessors report confirming no damage to our vehicle. Still ongoing. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020
