Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Unhappy customer

Following the global pandemic and restrictions to travel i having been attempting to recover a hotel booking charge. Despite the booking being non refundable and non transferable It is now 5 months and i am still waiting. After numerous correspondences with admiral i was referred to my bank to recover my losses they quite rightly sent me back to Admiral.
