Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Good Value for Money always happy to help

Having been shopping around, going through the stressful time of purchasing a house. After using a price comparison site Admiral came on top for both ratings and value for money. Once speaking with them to setup the new insurance, nothing was too much trouble always making sure I understood everything and that I had the right level of cover for my needs.
