Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

good service and value When our previous insurance provider decided to make a change in career we were a little anxious. We had become accustomed to being on a first-name basis and getting quick responses to our requests. Little did we know at the time we had nothing to worry about as Admiral has more than met our previous expectations. Value for money and comprehensive

I got a much better deal for more household insurance cover than my previous provider. It was quick and simple to change my provider. Thankfully I haven't had to make a claim but feel confident that if I did need to make a claim the service would be good. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2019
