Competitive, even when I was an existing customer

I was with admiral for my 2nd year driving, they offered me a good price with a temporary black box, despite me having made a claim the year before. This option was reasonable- helped me improve my driving and allowed me to come off the black box after 3 months. When I came to renew I didn't think that I would get a competitive quote, but my quote was fantastic and I'm happy to stay loyal to admiral because of this. Good customer service, good prices. Good value for money

I like their friendly approach. They give advice as well as providing value for money cover and so far, the renewal price has been similar to previous years. No huge hike in cost as is the case with many other companies. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

This insurance company behaves admirably in every way!

We had to claim for an accident where a car smashed into our back garden and main driveway gate. Admiral were very helpful and courteous tunnelling is make the claim. We have never made a claim in all the years we have had insurance and were unsure what to do. Admiral managed the claim for us and we have now had all damaged areas repaired. It was an experience that could have been stressful and costly but Admiral certainly made it a lot less stressful. They behaved admirably and we would certainly recommend them to friends and family. Very pleasantly surprised
