Not asked them for a claim but queried renew cost this year and they reduced it to a much better amount - very acceptable. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Excellent service so far.

Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019
