Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

The Best when you feel at your worst.

When my kitchen flooded due to a faulty water filter. I felt very depressed, the help I was offered, (to someone who had never claimed before) was impressive. You always hear people saying "The insurance company tried to get out of paying". This was not my experience, a quick resolution was promised, and so it was. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

No hassle easy set up
