Friendly, efficient and competitive

I've enjoyed very friendly and efficient customer service on the rare occasions I've needed it; their insurance portal is very good, their documentation is clear and concise and most of all they offer the best value. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2024

Insurance renewed a few months ago.

Excellent customer service from Admiral.

The process of obtaining home insurance with Admiral was so easy. When I telephoned to discuss my renewal with one of your staff members he was so helpful and explained everything to me in a way that I understood. Very good customer service. Reviewed on: 19th August 2024

Will NEVER recommend Admiral!

After paying for home insurance for over 40 years, I made a small claim. One of the roof tiles had broken leaking into ceiling above a spare bedroom which was stack3d with our daughters stuff who'd moved out. Because we didn't use room we didn't realise there was water above that room. When we realised we had to put in a claim, first on over 40 years, Admiral rejected it, the ceiling has bowed and will need a couple of new plasterboards and a new roof tile (x1). Admiral failed us and we will NEVER insure with Admiral and NEVER recommend them. Funny how on renewal they virtually begged me to renew and they would look at claim again! I have call recorded!
