I have tried 3 times to add a valuable item

Initial good but I have tried 3 times to add a valuable item to my insurance and this has still not been done. It cannot be done online and is difficult to work out how to do it. It cannot be done via chat. The only way is by speaking to someone and I get cut off every time they transfer me to the right person, once they realise they cannot help me. The system is ridiculous. Provides cover for all our home insurance needs

Provides cover for all our home insurance needs at a very good price. we’ve not had to make a claim yet, but I’m sure if and when we do Admiral will provide the excellent service we require. Reviewed on: 10th August 2024

Content with my contents.
