Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Clear, Competent & Competitive

I have always had my car insurance with admiral, becoming a home owner in the last year I needed another policy. Admiral is my go to for any cover or insurances as they always provide more cover for a lower cost whenever I have done side by side comparisons. Recently when I had a home emergency relating to my boiler and had to make my first claim I couldn’t have been put more at ease, the call handler was so patient and took the time needed to answer all my questions (there was a lot) and showed empathy. I work in a contact centre so I’m aware of the level of customer service expected, and admiral surpassed this. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Brokers Choice
