Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Great Customer Service

Easy to use web site with excellent customer care when using the telephone for additional information. I had to review my cover having had a new valuation on my jewellery and they were most helpful with the amendment necessary. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Easy to set up, best value!

Admiral offered great value contents insurance at very short notice when my previous provider refused to cover me after a house move and I had to cancel that policy. Easy to use online system and I haven't had any problems! Had previously used them for car insurance too, so know I can trust them. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Great service
