Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

House Move Help!

After 19 years living in the same house, we moved to a new town at the end of last year. It was an extremely stressful time anyway, and to change insurance providers could have made things even more so! Underpinning woes

I’ve only had my new home for 6 months and found a previous owner had undermined the foundations. I contacted Admiral to enquire if my insurance would cover the cost of underpinning but was declined as it falls under poor workmanship; even though it was nothing to do with me. I think this would be the case with all insurance companies and I feel the industry as a whole should be more focused on assisting customers rather than enhancing profits. Cheapest and best.
