Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

User friendly quote site..

Requested a quote having been disappointed in a price hike from my previous insurer whom I had been with for many years. I was impressed with Admirals web site and its ease of use .
