Friendly and helpful staff on the end of the telephone

I had to telephone regarding a leak from an upstairs flat. The Admiral employee I spoke to was kind, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She called back when she said she would and discussed my options with me. I was very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2019

Great Firm

My home contents insurance is very comprehensive and a good price. The bonus is that I was able insure my £2.200 hearing aids for a few pence more (outside my home), which was excellent value. Reviewed on: 21st August 2019

Great staff.

I have only been with your company for a month but spoke on the phone with an advisor to finalise home insurance details and he was extremely helpful and very pleasant. Also your prices are significantly better than my last home insurance. Reviewed on: 21st August 2019

Affordable and broad cover

Joining admiral was both easy and affordable. I called for advice 6 or so months into my cover for guidance on how to make a claim. The gent that deal with me was both understanding and clear with his advice. I didn’t have to make a claim however I feel as thought it wouldn’t of been a hindrance if I did.
