Home Insurance that saved us money!

We had a leak in our bedroom ceiling coming from an apex over the window. A builder quoted over £2000 for repairs. A friend suggested contacting our insurance company to see if the damage was caused by recent storms & so covered. Admiral sent an assessor who told us that it was wear and tear but listed exactly what was needed and how much we should expect to pay. We gave this information to a reputable builder & the job was completed for under £1000. We were very grateful for the good service. Reviewed on: 21st August 2019
