Searching for annual travel insurance for an older couple both with medical issues we found that 'All Clear' offered us by far the best cover and price. It was easy to arrange the cover on the website although I did make a phone call to check the pricing because it was much better than other quotes we had received. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Great coverage, positive experience

They gave me clear info as to what was covered, and I felt the cost very good. I had to make a claim on our return which was dealt with promptly and settled without fuss. I have used them again this year for a staycation and again had a positive experience. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

The REAL test.....an accident abroad

I had to use my travel insurance for the first time this year when I had an accident resulting in an operation abroad and 10 days in hospital. I had been totally honest with them when I filled in my proposal form and they covered my medical bills and repatriation costs in full. I was even able to claim out of pocket expenses and £25 per night I was in hospital. I was fully supported and kept informed in this difficult time Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

I had to make a claim and it was processed very quickly, despite what I thought was deadly, the police was not interested and refused a Crime Report number. Very happy with the settlement. A couple of months later during renewal, I asked which North African countries were counted as Europe for travel insurance. As I expected Tunisia was. I did not expect that my other country to be visited, Algeria, was also counted as Europe. My Worldwide Policy became Europe and a saving of £40. Very helpful. The TV advert appears to show a couple of pensioners heading for nothing more venturesome than the hotel pool. It covers me for the more unusual places and as a 73 year old, backpacking Bolivia as part of a 53 day wander through South America. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

The process was straightforward and relatively easy to complete. Tje lady at your end talked me thrrough each question and when i had a query she clarified it in a way that made sense to myself.
