Searching for annual travel insurance for an older couple both with medical issues we found that 'All Clear' offered us by far the best cover and price. It was easy to arrange the cover on the website although I did make a phone call to check the pricing because it was much better than other quotes we had received. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2024

Peace of mind!

AllClear is the only company we found that will cover my husband, due to medical conditions (metastatic cancer). It's expensive, but at least we can go away on holiday, safe in the knowledge that we are fully covered for any eventuality. We have not had occasion to make a claim, and hopefully we won't but it's really important to us to have peace of mind. Everyone I have spoken to at Allclear has been friendly and helpful. What an absolute joke of a service they provide. Great from a sales perspective but when it comes to claim. Claim was delayed by three months. Claims don’t speak to emergency claims. Claims don’t respond to customer relations. Claims don’t respond to you. An absolute shambles for the price that you pay. Avoid avoid avoid Reviewed on: 11th September 2025
