My husband is awaiting the results of precautionary hospital tests. I discovered that our usual holiday insurers were no longer interested in covering us. I chose this company although I wasnt quite sure if I could get cover. Customer services were excellent, explaing different cover options in plain English that I could easily understand. Slightly protracted and not easy to get full cover for everything so you need to speak to a rep. We are both skiingvand going on a cruise and may go further than europe but have to put lots of add ons on which is confusing. Reviewed on: 10th October 2025
