This company was recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. I was pleased with the website. It was easy to navigate and use. I had a query which was answered clearly and promptly by phone and I was pleased with the price of my cover. Took out cruise cover but had to cancel because of medical issues. A cancellation claim was dealt with promptly with no quibble. The process was clear and easy to follow, much appreciated when dealing with illness. Would definitely use again. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2024
