I decided to call AllClear to renew my insurance but also hoping to get some discount from last year as I have completed my medical care. This was a couple of days ago. I have renewed but with this email I find I could have got discount so a it disappointed. Reviewed on: 1st September 2018

AllClear travel insurance is a must for me. I am elderly and need to have peace of mind when travelling. Cover is excellent and customer reviews are consistently high. We both had existing medical issues which were all covered for what I considered to be a good price.On our return we had to make a claim. That was settled without fuss minus the excess. Really pleased with the service. Reviewed on: 29th September 2025

Quality travel insurance

We wanted decent insurance which would give us peace of mind for our road trip in the US. After reading lots of reviews, we chose AllClear. Customer service was good and we felt assured that they covered us well for all medical conditions, and would pay out if we needed to claim. It was expensive but worth feeling reassured while travelling, especially with it being the US and with us being older! We can't comment on the claim process as fortunately we didn't need to, but from the masses of reviews I read on independent sites beforehand, we felt confident in case of any difficulties.
