Searching for annual travel insurance for an older couple both with medical issues we found that 'All Clear' offered us by far the best cover and price. 10/10 Every time for peace of mind.

Having previously had a claim turned down by another firm. (High ranking Navy officer). I was £3000 out of pocket after paying for a trip then Mum in law was terminally ill. They wanted her full medical history and turned the claim down despite the policy being for my wife and I and no questions on online form. The ombudsman ruled in their favour. I told a broker friend who said they always recommend All Clear. I have used it since for peace of mind. No claims but I feel 100% better. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2025
