It takes 5 working days to get a response to an emai...

It takes 5 working days to get a response to an email and it took numerous emails phone calls and complaints to get my claim resolved over 3 months in total ! The claims handling company ( Gallagher Basset ) are completely incompetent. I took out an annual policy but I’ve since written that off and gone with a different insurance company that I can trust Reviewed on: 24th December 2025

No hassle experience

No hassle experience but pre-existing medical conditions make it very expensive. Last year my partner was hospitalised but AllClear managed to arrange payment immediately. Reviewed on: 23rd October 2025

I was unfortunate to have two medical occasions that required cancellation of our cruise. The friendly, structured approach of Allclear operators ensured that ALL questions, even those seemingly not covered, were dealt with correctly. Both claims were fully sanctioned within 14 days.
