Great Customer Service.

I was insured by Allianz last year, went onto a price comparison site to renew and when I selected another company, Allianz contacted ne and offered to match the deal I had found. I chose to stay with Allianz. U fortunately my car had a minor accident ans I phoned to tell Allianz. The lady on the phone was sympathetic and eased me through the reporting stage and arranging the repair. Reviewed on: 17th September 2024
