Renewed my car policy weeks before it was due

Renewed my car policy weeks before it was due, or so I thought! It said that the money would not be taken off before the renewal date was due which never but that never happened, I was sent an email saying that my policy had not renewed and my police had not been renewed, on logging into my account it gave me the option of still renewing which I did as this was still at the renewal price that I had been sent out weeks before my renewal was due, Phew. Had a no fault accident

Had a no fault accident and it was dealt with courteously and efficiently. Even with an uninsured driver my £500 excess was waived due to me having dashcam evidence of hit and run Reviewed on: 14th August 2024

New Experience

Was with Flow, which has since changed to Allianz, so far prices have remained in line with my expectations, only difficulty I have just encountered is lack of availability to speak to someone with an issue unrelated to a claim, never had to claim, so score reflects what I envisage, rightly or wrongly, time will tell.
