Good, prompt service

After a year with Animal Friends Insurance, I had to make a claim for veterinary treatment for my dog. It was so easy, my Vet just billed them direct and, because of the insurance cover, I was able to have tests done that I would otherwise have been unable to afford. The cost of the insurance is very reasonable and well worth the money. Reviewed on: 20th July 2022

I have been with Animal Friends for 4 years and have had to claim a total of 3 times for my 5 year old Patterdale terrier and each time they have paid out immediately without and fuss what so ever, Could not wish for a better insurance company Reviewed on: 20th July 2022

I had to use the insurance earlier this year and they were brilliant. If I hadn’t any insurance then my dog would have had no chance. With Animal Friends beside me I was able to give Spi the best chance of survival. Unfortunately, it was too late and I had to make the hardest decision.
