Amazing service in our time of need!

Just had to claim for my cat, experience was excellent

I just had an unpleasant time with my cat and a very large bill. The vet was able to put the claim in via the Animal Friends portal for me, and I received payment within a week. There was one phone call to verify some details but other than that it was very smooth. Reviewed on: 29th July 2022

Clear, fair and efficient, no. 1 for rescues!

Good choice of cover. Claims are settled super fast. Queries answered by friendly UK customer service. My rescue dogs are covered despite unknown history and they support animal charities, which is dear to my heart. I couldn’t ask for more. Reviewed on: 24th July 2022

Pet insurance is something that you hope you will never need, but a non-negotiable when owning an animal. We have been with Animal Friends for quite some years now, and they have always been the best price vs value/service.
