Clear, fair and efficient, no. 1 for rescues!

Good choice of cover. Claims are settled super fast. Queries answered by friendly UK customer service. My rescue dogs are covered despite unknown history and they support animal charities, which is dear to my heart. I couldn’t ask for more. Reviewed on: 24th July 2022

Pet insurance is something that you hope you will never need, but a non-negotiable when owning an animal. We have been with Animal Friends for quite some years now, and they have always been the best price vs value/service. Animal Friends were great when I needed to claim for my dog. The vets put the claim through online and it was paid within 48hrs - amazing! I didn’t have to worry about the costs, as they paid straight to the vets. Would highly recommend! Reviewed on: 20th July 2022
