Terrible Paid insurance for years. My dog was put to sleep recently - tried to claim of insurance & told not possible to claim as my dog was over 8yrs old !!! Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

Great Choice of Levels and Great Value

I've had all my dogs insured by Animal Friends and they are brilliant to be honest. The inflated prices of the better known companies is completely unjustified when you can get excellent cover for so much less. Also the few times I've had to phone them, the service has been approachable, knowledgeable and efficient. They pay out when you need them to, the excess is manageable and the policy pays for itself the first time you have to use it. Can't recommend more highly. Reviewed on: 13th August 2022

Just had to claim for my cat, experience was excellent

I just had an unpleasant time with my cat and a very large bill. The vet was able to put the claim in via the Animal Friends portal for me, and I received payment within a week. There was one phone call to verify some details but other than that it was very smooth. Reviewed on: 29th July 2022

Clear, fair and efficient, no. 1 for rescues!

Good choice of cover. Claims are settled super fast. Queries answered by friendly UK customer service. My rescue dogs are covered despite unknown history and they support animal charities, which is dear to my heart. I couldn’t ask for more. Reviewed on: 24th July 2022
