I have had the pleasure of having several dogs insured with Animal Friends and have always been treated with kindness and compassion when dealing with them in times of difficulty or emergency. Have been with them for 5 years and during that time they have always been so efficient with an easy to use web site, up to date news and helpful reminders. Everyone I have actually spoken to has been incredibly patient, helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. I always recommend them, and would never look anywhere else. Effortless insurance cover.

I first insured my dog with Animal Friends when he was a puppy. He is now more than 10 years old. We needed to access our cover for the first time in his life a couple of months ago as he needed major surgery. The staff at Animal Friends took all the effort out of the procedure of claiming while being caring and compassionate about what our pet and we were going through at the time. Great value & quality deals. Nice to know you can contact them easily if need be. Also handy to be able to contact an experience vet team should anything require it. Have been with Animal Friends for almost ten years now and I think it’s the best choice I ever made knowing my “elderly” dog is well-covered. Would not swap for anything. Fabulous service no matter what the time

Access to the free online vet service is amazing. My own vet wanted £40 just to chat on the phone. They diagnosed via video and even posted the medication at a great price. Reviewed on: 24th August 2022
