Animal friends are a great insurance company, and I'm not just saying this because of how good their prices are, but also the fact they provide essential assistance from Joii app and their outstanding vets, but online advice and regular caring emails too. Reviewed on: 24th August 2022

I have had the pleasure of having several dogs insured with Animal Friends and have always been treated with kindness and compassion when dealing with them in times of difficulty or emergency. Have been with them for 5 years and during that time they have always been so efficient with an easy to use web site, up to date news and helpful reminders. Everyone I have actually spoken to has been incredibly patient, helpful and nothing seems to be too much trouble for them. I always recommend them, and would never look anywhere else. Effortless insurance cover.

I first insured my dog with Animal Friends when he was a puppy. He is now more than 10 years old. We needed to access our cover for the first time in his life a couple of months ago as he needed major surgery. The staff at Animal Friends took all the effort out of the procedure of claiming while being caring and compassionate about what our pet and we were going through at the time.
