Terrible Paid insurance for years. My dog was put to sleep recently - tried to claim of insurance & told not possible to claim as my dog was over 8yrs old !!! Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

A amazing service that provides a lot of support through the free vet consultation service. It saves money when you are concerned over the health of your pet as you can get advice for free instead of paying for a appointment. Reviewed on: 24th August 2022

Easy to switch to from my previous pet insurer. Easy to renew at the end of the policy and great value. Also dealt with my claims quickly and paid out when my dog got chronic kidney disease in her old age. Would recommend Animal Friends highly! Reviewed on: 24th August 2022
