Terrible Paid insurance for years. My dog was put to sleep recently - tried to claim of insurance & told not possible to claim as my dog was over 8yrs old !!! Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

Realistically priced, very good cover and problem free claims

My Bella needed cruciate ligament surgery. The claim process was easily dealt with by my Vet with no problems. Also despite having quite a large claim my renewal premium didn’t rise astronomically as is the case with many other Pet Insurers. An all round worry free experience. Reviewed on: 24th August 2022
