Amazing insurance company

This company is amazing it’s the second time I’ve insured my dogs with animal friends, they are always easy to contact if they are needed and the staff do all they can by explaining every query. Animal friends are outstanding. I bought pet insurance believing that I would not need to use, but to be on the safe side. My cat Odin got very ill, which ended up being heart failure. Animal friends were very helpful, at a time when you do not know if you pet is going to make it through the night and worrying about vet bills, animal friends paid within 24hrs. This gave us many options for treatment for Odin and did not have to get out to sleep with the cost of treatments. I would recommend animal friends to anyone who has a pet. I've used Animal friends as my first pet insurance and the customer service is amazing everytime I need to ring, there policy is exactly what I need and the price is very affordable for me too.
