Very easy to claim, and very quick to pay!

My cat had to have an operation to remove some potentially cancerous lumps on his tummy, which cost over £600! My vets submitted the claim via Pawtal, which was a very simple process and I received payment within hours! I was worried about my cat a few days after the surgery, so used Animal Friends' online vet service Joii, who were very reassuring all was OK. Such a relief, and my cat is fully recovered. I've always been very happy with my insurance. I enjoy the email updates and handy tips, not bombarded constantly with them. Just the right amount, and knowing they have online vets 24/7 to help you is an absolute life saver, especially when it's out of ours and you have concerns about your pet...advice and reassurance is both helpful and calming. Quick to pay

when our little pug/cavi cross developed a nasty virus as a puppy, we got him straight to the vets and he had to stay overnight. The vets dealt with the bills directly with our insurers, Animal Friends. It made everything simple at a stressful time and payments were made promptly.
