I've always been very happy with my insurance. I enjoy the email updates and handy tips, not bombarded constantly with them. Just the right amount, and knowing they have online vets 24/7 to help you is an absolute life saver, especially when it's out of ours and you have concerns about your pet...advice and reassurance is both helpful and calming. when our little pug/cavi cross developed a nasty virus as a puppy, we got him straight to the vets and he had to stay overnight. The vets dealt with the bills directly with our insurers, Animal Friends. It made everything simple at a stressful time and payments were made promptly.
