Terrible Paid insurance for years. My dog was put to sleep recently - tried to claim of insurance & told not possible to claim as my dog was over 8yrs old !!! Reviewed on: 9th October 2023

This company is amazing it’s the second time I’ve insured my dogs with animal friends, they are always easy to contact if they are needed and the staff do all they can by explaining every query.
