Can’t fault the service- the app is fantastic and as a new pup owner it saved me a fortune in vets fees. I had one claim last year - dealt with swiftly and professionally and without mountains of paperwork. I must be honest and say that this is the best service I have ever received from an insurance product. If you are looking for pet insurance from my experience it’s the best around. We had to use our insurance for our puppy as he needed pins and wire in his back leg if it wasn’t for our insurance and how helpful animal friends was to help us get Bailey back to good health he would of had to be put to sleep he is back to my now and loving life once again thanks to all the staff at animal friends Reviewed on: 24th August 2022

Great service at a troubling time

My cat was diagnosed with cancer and had to be operated on asap. From start to finish Animal Friends made it easy for my vet practice to liaise directly with them in order to get the treatment paid for , and I did not need to get involved at all, which was a godsend at a really upsetting and troubling time. I have meter had to climb on pet insurance before and was concerned that it would be complicated and they my not pay put but all was dealt with fabulously. For really reasonable payments every month I now have complete peace of mind should nothing befall by cat again. Reviewed on: 24th August 2022
