Animal Friends gets my vote every time.

I have been with Animal Friends for a few years was recommended by my daughter who had experienced excellent service. I can also confirm this through my own experience with customer service which has always been professional & willing to help & answer any queries. I have recently needed to make a claim which involved several telephone calls to explain my situation & to answer many queries at the time. The whole procedure was hassle free with no quibbles & I received the funds in my bank account in less than 2 weeks. I was away with my dog at the time when she needed emergency treatment at a local veterinary practice hence the claim wasn’t exactly straight forward. Animal Friends were dealing with the emergency veterinary practice but also needed to contact my registered practice at home to confirm full medical history to complete the claim. Taking all of this into consideration I was more than pleased with the process & the speed in which it was dealt with. I have recommended Animal Friends to all my friends & family & will continue to do so. Well done to the team. Reviewed on: 10th September 2021

I'd recommend Animal friends to every pet owner. My rescue dog Amber is now 12. Their regular email advice is helpful. On two occasions I've had to access Animal Friends insurance the process has been very easy. I am grateful that it is.
