Best Business account ive had

Honestly since coming over to anna ive never had a problem, The issue with wirecard which wasnt there fault they dealt with professionally and made sure i was confident i will be able to access my account again, 11 pound a month with the no hassle of transfers and incoming payments makes this bank spot on. Ive had the chance to change to a more known bank but i will be staying with Anna. Reviewed on: 4th March 2021

Absolutely fabulous

When setting up our company we were offered 3 choices for a business account. We discounted a high street bank and compared two online banks. There was basically no significant difference between, so I chose the one with the cute graphics (cat, giraffe, etc) as there needs to be a bit of fun in life. (And since then I only heard bad things about the other one...) I couldn't be happier with my Anna account. Absolutely everything is very simple to use. All actions are in a chat, telling me exactly what to do. I've not come across an action I couldn't deal with easily yet. So far so good. I would highly recommend the Anna Business Account to anyone, especially start ups for ease of use and very low cost. Reviewed on: 14th April 2023

Anna money illegally keeps 56K of our money

Our company, Pier Recruitment LTD has over 56 000 GBP blocked at Anna Money. That money is payment for over 140 workers our company has in custody. Money has been in pending for the last period and they asked us for payslips and invoices. We provided them with al the requested documents and even worst, they blocked our account with all that money. Not only that they blocked our account, but also they refuse to provide us with bank statement from our account, citing that they are "not allowed to discuss details of our suspended account". To make it easier: 1. They suspened our account without notice 2. They keep all the money of our workers, illegally, without allowing us to withdraw them 3. They don't discuss anything (via phone, email, chat etc.). Literarlly no chance of dialogue or a simple conversation. We have a genuine reason to believe that this issue happens because our director is a Romanian national, based in the UK and recently Anna Money is not accepting Romanian passport as proof of identification. Any company in the world accepts passport (and Romanian passport, which is not an internationally sanctioned country anywhere), however they accept proof of identification for Russian passport (which currently is placed under international sanctions). This issue is not stated anywhere in their terms and conditions, but we've been brought into attention by fellow Romanians. We're not claiming by any means Anna Money is a racist company, however, something is really finshy about they way they do business. Given these circumstances, unless we explicitly hear from Anna Money and they contact us to discuss the exact issues on our account, we reserve the right to address to the police and further to the Financial Ombudsman Service to recover our illegally detained funds. Hassle free modern banking experience

I had never heard of ANNA but chose them as a recommendation from my accountant. I have a new small business and the service from ANNA has been totally amazing and the customer support works around the clock. The fees are super cheap compared and I could not fault this bank. MOST AMAZING BANK EVER

There’s no words for Anna business banking. Absolutely they are amazing. Everything you need is in the Anna bank. Whatever you asked for they are making it for you in a few seconds not even a minute. You don’t need to worry about if you need bank statements, just ask and you’ll receive in a second. You don’t even need an account, they are already doing your bookkeeping. Any money you want to pay, they’re asking reference numbers, review and pay after which is perfect. From little business to large businesses you don’t need to seek other business banks, just go to join with Anna bank without thinking any second. You will realise how enjoyable to work with Anna Bank. Problems I had with other big name high street banks was nightmare for me. A bank that is truly above & beyond. From customer service through to accessibility, they are simply outstanding. Never experienced this level of support in all my banking years.
