I had to call customer services to obtain a statement and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, quick at actioning what I needed and overall I’ve had a fantastic experience experience with Atom and have recommended them to friends and family. Rate dropped steeply after opening

Took out my Atom account last July no sooner that I did the rate plummeted to way below the BoE reduction, luckily they offered an alternative at a marginally better rate but I had to lock it for a tear Reviewed on: 11th February 2026
