Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Great Customer Service

I had an issue with my account and contacted Atom Bamk online. It was very quick to get in touch with them, there's no long automated queues and I was able to communicate my issues to a real customer service representative and not an online chat bot. My issue was solved really quickly by the agent who was understanding, efficient and very helpful. It was the best experience I've had with a bank. The app also is easy to use and works very well. All my information is there and I'm not inundated with irrelevant information like some of the high street banks. Safe, reliable and good rates

I needed a home for some money that was reliable, paid a good rate and kept the money accessible. Atom met all those criteria. I have since opened another separate savings account for a larger sum that pays more interest if I don’t withdraw. Reward Saver is great

I was looking for a bank that rewarded me for saving without locking my money away. I feel confident with Atom bank because I know my money is protected by FSCS, I am paid interest monthly so I can see how much interest I am earning and with the reward saver I know that I won't be unfairly penalised for making a withdrawal.
