Basic straightforward banking. Recommended Decent interest rates, had an issue opening the app on mobile phone but customer service resolved it. Nice app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Very satisfied using Atom Bank. Over many years

I have had several fixed rate savings with Atom Bank. The App is excellent, well designed, easy to use. Paying in funds and withdrawing has been straightforward.
