Basic straightforward banking. Recommended Decent interest rates, had an issue opening the app on mobile phone but customer service resolved it. Nice app. Reviewed on: 20th March 2026

Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Easy to use with an excellent range of savings options

I have had Atom savings accounts for a few years & am very satisfied with the range of accounts available and the ease of moving money into and out of my accounts. Atom also offer very competitive interest rates and the app is extremely easy to use. I would just like to be able to be able to move money directly between my Atom accounts.
