Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Always had a good experience with Atom Bank.

Always had a good experience with Atom Bank. I was sceptical at first using an app based bank but the account types and rates are always competitive. I have used their customer services a couple of times and have found them to be very helpful and quick to respond. Transferring money in and out is instant so I often use my Atom instant access account in preference to my other easy access accounts as they are not as fast. Reviewed on: 20th March 2025
