Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Great App and fantastic rate!

I appreciate the great rate at Atom, and the App user experience and interface is great. It works seamlessly for me and I like that you can see how long until you get paid your interest. The only downside I have is that the account reduces the rate if you withdraw! Reviewed on: 18th March 2025

Fixed my own error in minutes

Initially, i had set up my fixed bond and wanted it to pay monthly into my current account. However, I had selected to pay interest into my Atom account by mistake (my fault). I called customer services and got a response right away, and with a couple of security steps, it was all changed for me as intended. Excellent service and really helpful people.
