I opened a new account with Atom and got a bonus interest rate which really helped my money work harder. It was so easy to open an account using the app on my mobile phone. No fuss, it's just so easy to bank with Atom. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Easy to open account with good customer service.

It was quick and easy to open accounts, also customer service has been extremely helpful. Initially interest rates were very competitive, but lately the competitive edge has been lost a little. Reviewed on: 16th March 2025

Stayed with Atom for a reason

Incredibly straightforward

Once you've spent 5 mins setting up for your first account (which felt incredibly secure), viewing available savings options, opening other accounts, dealing with maturities, viewing statements, etc is so, so straightforward and fast. I especially love that you can use the toggles on the different savings options to see exactly how much interest you'll make in that account with your chosen deposit. Reviewed on: 16th March 2025

Good Fixed Savings rates

Good fixed savings rates. Instant access rates are no longer competitive but for existing customers the instant access rewards rates are good if you can minimise withdrawals. Reviewed on: 16th March 2025

Atom Aces!

As soon as Atom became available as a banking app it offered very competitive savings rates which are still at the forefront today. Am proud to patronise this local bank, one of the best, not least because it is located in the North East of England. The one and only time in the last 8 years that have needed their Customer Service my query was handled immediately and effectively. The app is easy to use, even for a septuagenarian like me! Atom is great, simple to understand and user friendly

I have used atom for 1 year fixed savers and continue to use them as they provide decent rates with a good return on my savings. I have had no Trouble in understanding how they work and I find that the app is simple to use and informative. Reviewed on: 16th March 2025

It’s a No Brainer!!.
