Since I joined Atom I’ve had a fantastic experience. I had to call customer services to obtain a statement and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, quick at actioning what I needed and overall I’ve had a fantastic experience experience with Atom and have recommended them to friends and family. Excellent Bank.

Only had to use customer service once and it was very good, the point being that Atom hasn't raised any problems, the onetime was a mistake by myself. I have used many of their accounts and have found them very competitive. Transfers in and out are handled quickly. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

I opened a fixed saver via the Atom Bank app and thought it was excellent. Super quick and easy. I really like the timeline and the calculated interest is a really great feature that few apps or accounts have.
