Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Atom app very easy to use

I found it really easy to open an account with the app. I have only had to contact customer service once when I had a problem with it recognising my Face ID, the gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and thorough. Experience improving year on year
