Poor value compared to other savings providers We have a number of savings accounts. Atom bank has been the worst by far in terms of offering one rate and then dropping the rate. Do not recommend Reviewed on: 9th March 2026

Really easy system to use, good rates of interest that do not fluctuate too much or too often. Plenty of products available to suit all incomes and simple system showing interest that can be achieved. Withdrawals are easy to request and money is transferred almost immediately. Atom Bank are excellent

Opening account online was easy to navigate. The app is very user friendly. I had to contact the customer service team and got through to a person straight away ( not a chat bot like a lot of banks or having to listen to lots of options before you get through to a person).
