Bad but thankfully short lived experience Short lived experience - payments kept being refused from the Atom account, despite it being completely funded. Moved to First Direct and glad I did. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026

Since I joined Atom I’ve had a fantastic experience. I had to call customer services to obtain a statement and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful, quick at actioning what I needed and overall I’ve had a fantastic experience experience with Atom and have recommended them to friends and family. Very easy account to use and top interest rates.

Very easy to open the account and the app is dead simple to use. The interest rates are very good and competitive. I like that you only lose 1 month of top rate if you have to withdraw, then it goes back up again. Reviewed on: 26th April 2025

The app makes everything so easy

It is so easy to sign in to the app with an image of your face. All documents and details of the accounts are easy to find on the app and it is easy to open a new account. Reviewed on: 26th April 2025

Excellent Banking
